1. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights cannot be excluded.
2. Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns, we offer:
• 30-day return period from date of purchase
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 7 days of receipt
• We will provide a prepaid return label
• Full refund or replacement will be provided
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Items damaged by misuse
